How much does delivery cost?

Our standard delivery charge is £4.95 per order for orders with products totalling under £50.00. Multiple items can be placed on one order, with one delivery charge as long as your order is being delivered to the same address.

Standard delivery - 2 - 4 working days (excludes bank holidays)

Free on orders over £50.

If your order total is under £50 you will be charged £4.95 for delivery.

Next working day delivery (excludes bank holidays)

Monday to Friday ordered before 1pm 

Free on orders over £150.

If your order total is under £150 you will be charged £6.00 for delivery.

If ordered on Friday, your order will arrive on Saturday. If you order on Saturday, your order will be delivered on Tuesday.

*If we do not deliver your order the next working day we will refund the delivery fee. If your order is late, please contact info@christy.co.uk.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Shipping outside of the UK is temporarily unavailable. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

When will my order be delivered?

We aim to dispatch your goods within 1 working days (ordered Monday to Friday) and expect to deliver your order within a maximum of 2 working days, although the majority of orders are delivered before this.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a confirmation email with the delivery tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can also track and divert your delivery easily and on the go with the Evri App, available for free on the Apple App store or Google Play store.
