Returns Policy
We hope you love your Christy products. But if you don't—for whatever reason—our returns process is simple and easy.
Please use the following button to complete your return using your order number and email address.
For Change of Heart Returns
To make your festive shopping stress-free, all purchases from November 1st to December 24th can be returned until January 31st, 2025.
Returned items must be unused, and in original packaging with tags attached.If your order contains a freebie and you are returning any item in the order, you will need to return the freebie.
If you're in mainland UK click on the returns link below, and you will be taken to our customer return’s portal. Once you have completed and received your returns approval via email your item(s) will be returned to us via Royalmail for free (there are detailed instructions on how to do this below).
If you're outside of mainland UK, you will be responsible for the postage and cost of your return. please contact us info@christy.co.uk or call us on 01613675800.
Once we have received the item a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 working days.
For Faulty Goods
At Christy, we do our best to ensure all our products are tip-top quality, but occasionally there might be a small flaw with one of our items.
If you'd like to return a faulty or defective item, please contact info@christy.co.uk or call us on 01613675800. Please include the full details of the faulty product in your email (or have them to hand if you're ringing us). We'll arrange for the item to be returned and subsequently inspected by a member of our quality control team.If you are returning the entire order, please ensure that the freebies are also included for return.
Gift Box Returns & Refunds
If you wish to initiate a return for any item contained within a gift box, it will be subject to our standard return and refund policies. It's important to note that the gift box itself is non-refundable and cannot be returned.
Bundle Returns

For Faulty Bundle
If you'd like to return a faulty or defective item, please contact info@christy.co.uk or call us on 01613675800. Please include the full details of the faulty product in your email (or have them to hand if you're ringing us). We'll arrange for the item to be returned and subsequently inspected by a member of our quality control team.
Christy Products that you Can't Return
For hygiene reasons we are unable to give refunds on our filled products (duvets, pillows & mattress toppers) unless they prove to be faulty or defective. Orders that contain personalised items with personalisation/monogramming cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded unless the product is faulty. We are unable to refund or exchange gift boxes. Only Freebies are not eligible for returns. If you are returning the entire order, please ensure that the freebies are also included for return. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Returning through our Returns Portal
- Click here to start your return.
- Enter the order number (e.g.498605) & email address used during your order placement.
- Once return is submitted, it will pass through an approval process which should be closed within 24 hrs during working days and on the next working day post holidays.
- Post the approval, the label will be generated and shared with you on email. If you do not receive a returns label from us, please first check your spam email / junk inbox and if it’s still not there reach out to us at info@christy.co.uk.
- You cannot proceed without confirming your reason for returning the item(s)
- You will receive an email confirmation with instructions.
- Print the return label and paste the returns label to the outside of the parcel covering any existing labels.
- Drop it off at your local Royalmail Parcel shop. You can find your nearest Parcel shop here.
- Updates regarding your returns will be sent to your registered email address.
