UK Standard Delivery 2 to 4 working days

Free for UK orders over £50

£4.95 for orders under £50

Orders will be delivered Monday–Friday (excluding bank and public holidays)

Personalisation products will be delivered in 3-5 working days

 

International Delivery

Currently, we only ship within mainland UK and the Channel Islands. Contact our team via live chat, email us at info@christy.co.uk, or call 0161 367 5800 for international stockists and trade account info. Alternatively, we can attempt to arrange delivery to you, but please note that shipping fees, taxes and  customs charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

Dispatch Estimates

We aim to dispatch your order within 1 working day for orders placed between Monday–Friday. Some orders take as long as 4 working days to be delivered, but most arrive at their destination long before this. The timelines may vary during festive period

 

Order Tracking

You’ll receive an order confirmation email, followed by updates as your order is dispatched, in transit, and delivered. Service feedback can be shared from your delivery email, and a product review request will follow 10 days after delivery.
