Unfortunatley my throw had had a fault when it arrived
I made contact with Christy's and they were so helpful.
They kept in contact with me and the issue was resolved swiftly and without fuss
That is what I call Customer Service!
And just to add, apart from the fault, the bed throw was absolutely beautiful

Jaipur Throw Olive / Throw
I was so excited when this arrived ... couldn't wait to open it. Unfortunately, when I did I was totally underwhelmed. The quality just wasn't what I was expecting. Not at all luxury item I had visioned. I have returned the item. Although the returns process initially seemed ok, it was lengthy waiting for the refund after they confirmed receipt of item compared to other companies.
