I ordered the robe and paid the extra £12 for a personalisation. When the robe came, it hadn't been personalised at all. It was just blank. I've emailed customer services twice about it, but they haven't even bothered to reply 4 days later! But they've managed to send me 2 emails wanting a review. So here it is. No idea what it's like as I still haven't received it, despite ordering it 14 days ago.
